Boushey Vineyard
2016 Banere
A Bordeaux style red blend that gets its start from the Boushey Vineyard in the Yakima Valley. This blend is extremely well balanced and complex with a long finish. Banere is blended with 74% Cabernet Sauvignon, 23% Merlot, 2% Cab Franc, and 1% Petite Verdot which provides wonderful flavors for your palette.

This awesome Cabernet Sauvignon is Big, Bold, and rich in flavors with incredible depth, balance, and a long finish. It has the dark fruit flavors of a Cab that has been allowed to hang on the vine until it has fully achieved total ripening that contributes to its rich profile. We have come to appreciate the wonderful quality of Boushey Vineyard’s Cabernet Sauvignon and think you will enjoy this award-winning wine.
Solstice Vineyard (Willard Farms)
2015 Unicus
This wine is a Bordeaux style blend with a Merlot backbone. Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc varietals round out the blend. Unicus is filled with complex dark fruit-forward flavor that provides for an enjoyable mouthfeel noted to have a long, lingering finish. Flavors of black cherries, plum, and a hint of licorice give this wine a bold “jammy” bouquet signaling a new depth and complexity of the wine with silky round tannins. It continues to be a crowd favorite and is drinking wonderfully!

Merlot loves Washington state’s two extra hours of sunshine a day and cooler nights. The state is making some of the best Merlots in the world, and this one is no exception. Dark ruby red in color with striking red plum and oak aromas. On the palate, hints of plum and licorice fill the mouth with a sweet finish.

We are thrilled with the quality and savory flavors of our Sangiovese. This wine is well suited to match a variety of foods without being overpowering. Aged in oak barrels giving it a nice balance of oak and Boushey Vineyard fruit! Tastes of tart cherry, plum, strawberry, and more of an acetic flavor profile are some of the local tasting favorites. This wine is excellent paired with meats, pasta, and red sauce meals. Sangiovese is a top-selling and award-winning wine.
